# Analytics

Open **Analytics** for recorded platform activity across pools. You can view it without connecting a wallet. Monetary metrics use USDC; this page measures activity and collected fees, not your personal returns.

## Choose a view

Select All chains or one network, then **14D**, **30D**, **90D**, or **All**. Daily buckets use UTC and close at 00:00 UTC. Today is partial. All-time headline totals remain all-time when you change the range; the chart, daily breakdown, period volumes, and average daily traders follow the selected range.

Choose a **Chart metric** and select a day to inspect it. The daily breakdown lists newest days first. With All chains selected, the network comparison lets you compare networks and open one network's view. The displayed fetched time tells you when the page last retrieved data; it does not prove all chain or exchange activity has been indexed.

## What the metrics mean

| Metric                | Meaning                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     |
| --------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Invest volume | Gross USDC committed through settled buy requests, before fees. Current individual-request creator seeds are excluded from this volume. Historical batch records retain their original seed accounting. |
| Withdrawal volume | Gross proceeds of settled sell requests, before fees. It is not the net USDC delivered to wallets. |
| Strategy trade volume | Recorded Hyperliquid fill price multiplied by absolute filled size, summed as notional traded by pool strategies. It is not pool backing or holder buy/sell volume. |
| Platform fees | Percentage fees the platform keeps after creator and frontend shares, plus settlement fees collected at settlement, before platform operating expenses. Creator-seed fees can contribute even when the seed is excluded from Invest volume. |
| Pool manager fees | Basket creators' 20% share of settled percentage fees, including shares held until a creator is registered. Frontend shares are reported separately by the metrics API. |
| Traders | Distinct wallets with settled buys or sales in the selected network scope. Daily counts are distinct within each day; all-time counts deduplicate across days and pools. Current creator seeds alone do not add a trader. |

Volumes count when requests settle, not when the wallet submits them or receives the payout. Strategy trade volume uses fill times. The same wallet may appear on several days or networks: adding daily or network trader counts does not give the All chains all-time distinct count. **Avg. daily traders** averages the daily counts in the selected range.

Historical totals depend on collected records and can lag current activity. A failed refresh may leave saved analytics visible; use Refresh to check again. See [Data and history](/takes-docs/technical-design/indexing-and-data.md#data-and-history).

## Export the daily data

Choose **Export CSV** in Daily breakdown to download all daily rows for the selected network scope and range, including days beyond the currently visible table rows. The file includes network scope, network label, UTC date, all six metrics, and exact USDC decimal amounts rather than compact display values. It does not export your wallet's portfolio or transaction history.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://takes.gitbook.io/takes-docs/analytics.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
